STOP&GO Marten Repellent at the Automechanika 2026 trade fair

STOP&GO Marten Repellent at the Automechanika 2026 trade fair

Marten protection specialist showcases its proven product line and optimized equipment

Neuenburg am Rhein, July 22, 2026 – Norbert Schaub GmbH will present its complete STOP&GO marten repellent range to an international audience of industry professionals at Automechanika 2026 (September 8–12, Hall 3.1, Booth C37). Through targeted product optimizations, the company underscores its reputation as a well-established provider and OEM supplier with over 35 years of experience.

Damage to vehicles caused by martens results in annual repair costs in the three- and four-digit range, and often even in the five-digit range for electric vehicles. While traditional services are gradually becoming obsolete due to the growing share of electric vehicles, marten control offers a drive-type-neutral supplementary business opportunity for repair shops and dealers. “The need is real, and the solution is easy to implement - that’s what makes marten control an issue that’s growing, explains Jochen Beik, sales manager at Norbert Schaub GmbH.”  “The sales figures for the ROOFTOP ultrasonic marten repellent device underscore this. Since its market launch in the fall of 2025, the device has significantly exceeded sales expectations.” Demand comes from end customers and campers, who use the portable, battery-powered device flexibly without the need for a permanent installation, as well as from auto repair shops, which use it primarily to protect customer vehicles parked outside the indoor garage overnight.

Expanded Product Line Unveiled

In addition to the ROOFTOP, STOP&GO is showcasing other new products at the trade show in Frankfurt: For example, the 8 PLUS-MINUS and the 8 PLUS-MINUS CLIP high-voltage device with ultrasound were equipped with an integrated on/off toggle switch. "The reason is a specific security requirement: If a high-voltage device remains powered on during service work, there is a risk of electrical contact for workshop employees. “The toggle switch solves that problem and simplifies the workflow at the same time,” explains Friedrich Winkler, Technical Director at Norbert Schaub GmbH. In August, STOP&GO will also launch an improved high-voltage unit, which trade visitors will be able to see for the first time at Automechanika.

The Right Solution for Every Need

Together, these products form a comprehensive marten repellent program designed to meet a variety of needs and budgets – from entry-level products to combined high-voltage and ultrasonic solutions for passenger cars, vans up to 3.5 metric tons, and RVs, regardless of the type of powertrain. “Many businesses assume that effective marten repellents require a significant investment, but we have a suitable solution for every budget,” explains Jochen Beik. Together with the international STOP&GO sales team, he will be available at the booth for one-on-one discussions in German, English, French, and Polish.
