Opening up digital sales channels

Roth Bau GmbH is part of the BAUMEISTER-HAUS cooperative and has become the leading construction partner for single- and multi-family homes in Germersheim and the surrounding area since it was founded in 1888. As part of its digital sales strategy, the company also wants to present itself in social media with high-quality visuals, provide information about its own services and use social media to acquire and advise new customers.


Inspiration, expertise and great visuals

As part of a social media consultation, we defined the positioning as well as the goals and target groups of Roth Bau GmbH together with the client, analyzed potential topics and possible communication opportunities as well as risks, and made recommendations for two social media channels on this basis: Facebook and Instagram.

We took over the technical set-up of the customer profiles on the two channels and since then - together with the customer - have been taking care of the ongoing management of Facebook and Instagram.

For this purpose, we create monthly editorial plans, collect suggestions for topics, write corresponding articles, select image material and also take care of the playout of the approved content.


Established communication channels

By now, both social media channels are firmly anchored in the company's communication. In several posts per week, fans and interested parties are kept up to date on the latest news and project updates, can ask questions, gather inspiration for their own dream home or learn more about Roth Bau GmbH. Both channels are now also used for recruiting. The added value and benefits of the digital sales channels are also reflected in figures, facts and comments:

  • Over 1,100 subscribers on Facebook
  • Over 800 subscribers on Instagram and more than 300 published posts
  • Regularly receiving enthusiastic comments and positive customer feedback
  • Increasing networking with other BAUMEISTER-HAUS colleagues
